Hello,
I would just like to know where I stand....My exwife and her new husband want to know if I would be willing to sign some paperwork of their solicitor, reguarding my three young children Callum 8, Lily-Rose 6, and Caitlyn-Grace 4....to do with adopting them. They have changed the childrens surname without my consent...we were together for 8 years and married for 5 years...the children were christened and have my name on the birth certificates. I want to make it very clear that I think the world of my children and want to be part of there lives.... She says she needs me to sign the papers, Because if ever there was an accident involving the children then there new stepdad could take them to the hospital....but surely there is an easyier way?

Replied to:  Hello, I would just...
You dont have to give up your rites ,just give a notarized permission slip. And he can use that to take them to theredoctors appoinment.once you sign the adoption papers you have no rites to them.
