Hello, I've just come from UK and I stucked in the filling of p45 form. I need them to send me money on my account which I have in the Loyds. But I don't know what Lloyds address I shall write in the form. Should I write there address of my local branch where I opened my account? Is there any connection between the address and my sort code? Because I have to write there my sort code too, or shall I write there the addres of Lloyds head office in London?
