Hello, I'm Mexican and I live in La Paz Baja California Sur Mexico, I have 2 tickets for speeding traffic and a court date on rec less driving, not since January 2008, I could not attend the court date and still not like paying the tickets and did not go to court date because they are sick, and I know I can do???? and if I can cruser the border and urging me to go to san diego, and want no more problems ....
