Hello, I am trying to find out as much as I can about my great uncle Lance Corporal William Goble who died at gallipolli in August 1915. I have his bible and his enlistment. But my surviving family know very little of him. I know he enlisted in the ivth battlion AIF in Dec 1914. Like me he was a Scot but he emigrated to Melbourne.
I dont know when he emigrated or what he did before he joined up or who his recorded NOK Isabella Gibson was and would like to know more. Can anyone advise me ?
