Hello,
I had first heard of Uranium City,through the television program named,"Wings Over Canada". At the time the claim was being made that it would be poswsible to obtain a $50,000.00 home for about $500.00 in back taxes.
Subsequent to this I tried to keep tabs in a hope that matters would improve and that possibly the mines might re open.I kept my fingers on the pulse of the yearly reunions.I sadley witnessed the lowering of status of the city to a Northern Settlement.I'm afraid to ask the question,"Is there anyone still out there? Is there still electrical service,Telephone service,Postal Servuce,etc etc. Does any one have any recent photos of the Northern Settlement,.
