I am in Tijuana,Mexico,working on a company that want to distribute digi scales.
My task is to understand the scale,to program it and to tech to the users how to improve their jobs with the scale.
I have a sm-100 on the office.

I was trying to understand that equipment perhaps one month.
But tha machine is not doing what wrotte on the manual operation

For example now is not saving changes on spec 141
I was trying with 135,24,12,17 or whatever and return after reset to the default values

So,basically i can't do a lot with the machine

And doen't matter what i design on the F1-F99 free label format,the scale always print the same design

Can the experts guide me to resolve the issues and to find the correct information to train myself to know seriouslu that technology ?
