Has any reserach been done on the after effects of rule-based expert system use? Most reserach I have encountered focus on the effects of use of expert system on users before or during use of the system but not after system use. I am interested in conducting such a reserach and would also like to know my chances of finding enough participants for interviews and surveys within an online forum.
