The Manuka in the NZ eastcoast Hicks Bay region has a high content of tryketones. Problems are occurring due to the hi population of commercial hives in the area to produce the active manuka honey. I use the brush to extract the oil.I am experiencing cross bred manuka-kanuka. If I propagated cuttings from a good specimen in a different location would the quality of the oil change?
