Good Morning
I took my dog to get a hair cut last week and when he got home I noticed a huge bump on his chest-about the size of half a golf ball. I immediately took him to the vet. She did a cytology which came back that he had a mast cell tumor. As he is only 5lbs she put him on prednasone to shrink the tumor for 5 days. Yesterday was his scheduled surgery to remove the tumor. I noticed that I could not feel it at all that morning. When I took him in they could not feel the tumor at all so decided not to operate. Today I still feel no trace of it. I read that it could come back, but is it possible that it could be gone for good?
