Found a patch which is circular. Background is gold color. Has a black horse (maybe a unicorn) with a blue devil on its back. Looks like the devil has a red cape and holding maybe a ball of fire/flame. 931 is at bottom of the circular patch. The horse has gold wings. Any information regarding the patch?
