For,Ionic bonding, do you just choose which one (Octet rule or Duet rule) will be more easier fore the elenment for example Krypton(atomic number-19) and Oxgyen (atomic number-8)?
You would just choose to do the octet rule and make Oxygen lose 4 electrons and Krypton gain 4 electrons right?
