As a subject like math and science introduce early childhood education,have certified teachers teach in the school system.to future parents As any teacher in the system they will complete the required semesters then pass the exam and get a diploma.and a salary. they will then be enabled to teach their children in their home from age 1-6 They will as any teacher employed in the school system get a. salary that will for the first time in modern history empower the mother be be the strongest educator against crime .You can only have a better world if you educate the future inhabitants The age 1-6 in a childs life are the formative ones.
