Due to the likelyhood of bad weather thru Northern CA and Southern OR on I-5 I would like to change from I-5 to 101 somehere north of busy San Francisco. What is a route likely to be least impacted by weather. (Our start for this trip is Bullhead City AZ, so we would come through Barstow normally)
