Due to my mother being ill her income tax had not been filed for over a year.Therefore her veterans benefits were cut off.Now her income tax is up to date,but veterans affairs say they wil not pay her any back money and that she has to apply again.this is not right.Can someone please advise her how to get her retro benefits. Thank-you
