I recently had a conversation with a friend about the flood problems at the Drin River. I googled it to learn more due to a research work I'm doing for university, but I can't find details that interest me, such as the impact on the people living there, any disasters to their properties, frequency of the phenomenon, etc. Is there anybody in here willing to provide any help?
