Does the resin of this tree have any uses? I tried an experiment of setting fire to a lump of it, but it doesn't burn readily. Also has no odor to speak of so I guess it lacks the volatile compounds found in true pine saps. I was mostly wondering if it didn't have any medicinal properties.
