Yes, the KofC is center of the road catholic. While individual members occasionally hold views that are inconsistant with the published opinions and policies of the Knights, such as abortion, the Knights position is clearly and fully in accordance wqith the catachism of the Catholic Church.
Also, keep in mind that some provisions of the Catachism are a bit un clear, such as, the Catholic Church position on the death penalty. In the past, the Catholic Church supported just application of the death penalty. In my opinion, the church is now moving to get very restrictive on approving the death penalty. As such, they have added confusing and restrictive language to the Catachism.
