Does anyone have reference to my great,great grand-father Alfred Bailey,who had a butchers shop,somewhere close to Shorncliffe bks in the 1920s?....He was married to Ellen Bailey and lived at 32 Richmond Street Cheriton.Any info would be so much appriciated.

Alfred William Bailey (butcher) b.1877 son of Alfred William Bailey b.1858 whose (half) sister Ellen Harriott (my GGrandmother) was married to Alfred Pellett - a butcher in Hastings and later Eastbourne, Alfred Bailey senior is listed as lodging with my GGparents in Hastings in 1871 after his mother died and father lost the Skylark Pub on the Stade, Folkestone.
