Does anybody remember the missing M-60 incident in 1977 or 1978? The

M-60 was missing from the 2/21 field artillery fire direction center while we were in the field. CID narrowed it down to the commo section in which I was assigned and ultimately arrested a soldier for burying it during a battery move. During the CID interrogations, I was cuffed, finger printed, put in jail, called insulting names, and told I would never see my family again. At one point I wasn't sure if I did it or not. These interrogations went on for some time. I don't remember how long. It was like I was in a fog. I felt that they would come for me any time. I left the army with an honorable discharge and scarred for life. To this day I have feelings of impending doom.
Does anybody remember?
