Do pitches thrown in a travel ball tournament count toward the player's Little League pitch count? In other words, if I have a player on my Little League team throw 20 pitches on Sunday for a travel ball team, does Little League require a day of rest before he can throw in a Little League game? If so, can you please cite the rule?
