Do non Arab peoples like the Persians that were converted to Islam need to learn to speak Arabic to be good Muslims? Do Dhimis learn Arabic as well? Why is it easier for a Jew to learn Arabic than for a Persian? Why do Sunni Arabs like Saddam Hussein say God Made three mistakes: The creation of Flies, Jews and Persians? Are Muslim Arabs then Racists for some topics but not others?

GREEKS, PERSIANS, KURDS, JEWS, AND ARABS HAVE SHARED THE SAME FREE THOUGHT AND GOOD BELIEF GEOGRAPHY FOR A LONG TIME AND THEIR LANGUAGE ARE VERY MUCH FAMILIAR TO EACH OTHER. I HOPE THEY WOULD RATHER CONSTRUCT A REAL LIBERAL-DEMOCRAT FEDERATION AGAINST ASIATIC POWERS IN THE FUTURE!

It is not a must , however if you learn arabic you will be more able to understand koran in it`s original language as you read any other book it is prefrerable to read it in it`s original language.
Koran got a lot of expressions to be understood , better in arabic.

I believe you dont need to learn arab to be a good muslim.to be a good muslim is to prctice
islam in everyday life and face Him with agood and clean heart.if you du'a(ask to allah),salah in arabic but you cant understand what your reading and saying,than i think it is better you read/say it in your language.because its not like Allah is stupid ond only understand arabic only.Isnt He the Creator of all?
