Mymother was diagnosed (finally) with disseminated histoplasmosis in her liver, kidneys and lungs. This was after a long journey of tests, biopsies and specialists.

But now the treatment is creating as much sickness and discomfort as the disease.

If she goes 24 hours without throwing up - we consider it a good day.

Anyone else facing similar situations?
