The technology which enables cloning did not exist during World War II.

Umm, actually if you research it, the theory and experimentation was around LONG before the second world war and hitlers regime, so it is entierly plausable that mengele or another doctor was carrying out cloning experimentation.

Although the technology didn't exist it is a possibility considering Mengele ran vast amounts of experiments under Hitler's regime.

Joseph Mengele may have tried a type of technique similar to Human cloning, No one can say for sure..... He did various kinds of INhumane experiments on twins. That can not be called RESEARCH.
