Dec. 2008 SS. took out 590.00 out of my mo.'ly income without notification for the last 2 1/2 years have been trying to get my money back...they say(S.S.) I got 2 checks for this amount Aug. of 2003...this I knew and one check was returned which all I am saying is true and documented on my 1099 yearly income report I receive every year and yet they still deny repay..this questions is what do now????
