I want to know wheather HRA & House loan interest & Repayment of loan both are eligible from deducation of salary ?

If an employee is repaying the intrest on house loan but the house loan is in the name of his wife (he is the coapplicant of the loan) in this condition can he claim the loan intrest from his exemption from salary
