Daniel Shemanske, GM3 was on the 531, does anyone have any information on him? Are there any survivors alive from LST 531?
Daniel and I had the same loving mother, I am eighteen years younger than he, and was inspired to join the US Navy by him. May God rest his soul and ALL deceased veterans
