On the StreetOpenMap I found something that looke like a small tram system in southwest of Dalian. The Chinees charactars tels "Dalian Maritime University tram T1" but it can be the tranm stop just near. On http://olle.nevenius.se/bilder/trams/asien/kina/dalian.pdf You can find it on 8 hour.
