Mr. Morarji Desai was my maternal Grand Father. My mother Mrs. Virmati Desai was his eldest child who was married to Mr. Ramanlal Mohanlal Desai who was a sales manager in ACC, Churchgate. She died in the early 2002. They have had 4 children- Eldest Mr. Deepak Desai who lives with his wife and 2 children, a son, Hetaldeep and a daughter, Paulomi, in Florida. Next is a daughter Mrs Malti Mukund Desai who lives with her husband in Rochester, Michigan. They have a son, Vipul and a daughter, Rupal who also live in Michigan. Next is myself and after 36 year's stay in New York are in the process of relocating to India. Last child was a daughter named Purnima Manhar Desai, who lived in London, died in November, 1994and is survived by her husband and 2 children who live in USA.
