We are using MKS Integrity in our company and we need to determine cycle time between states in a request.

The Days in Current State only gives us the days for the current state.

We need to be able to download the details in the History tab where the Date/Time a request is moved out of each state in a workflow is reported.

Is there an existing Java script or API we can use to do this.
