The water in houston district 149 is too dirty, we demand that Hubert Vo use the government money to make the water clean enough to drink. Get rid of the lead and hard metal in our water now !!!

Where-ever the water is coming from before it goes to district 149 you should have somebody set up filtration at the spot.
Don't you see people goes to a restuarant and they are afraid to drink the water because of 'lead' and 'hard metal'. At home people are afraid to drink water from their faucet because of 'lead' and hard 'metal'.
We don't enjoy the luxury of drinking straight out of the faucet anymore.
America is so free that did allow the bad people to make billions of dollars on the expense of the people.
Rather you spend millions of dollars on status that you are going to build at park which we don't need yet. We want fresh and clean water we can drink at the faucet. We don't want to carry a 5 gallons jug and drive 5 miles to get clean water every week.
You have the power and the resources to protect the people of district 149. It is now up to you to do it or not !!!

Each house is paying for water so don't worry about people wasting water. After a long time without good water, I am very sure the people value clean water a lot.
