New Political Documentary on Barack Obama contains interviews with those who worked with him in community organizing in Chicago. Trailers can be seen here - www.BecomingBarack.com

“Becoming Barack” reveals an unseen perspective our new President at a time when he was finding his way, forming the ideals and principles that would guide him on a historic path.

The 55 minute DVD includes the 1993, 12 minute “lost interview” produced by an aspiring inner-city documentary Producer in Chicago that never aired. In the interview, Barack was 32 years old and 2 years out of Law School while teaching constitutional law at the University of Chicago and was just recently married.

Also included is a 1990 clip from a news interview after he was elected President of the Harvard Law Review and a 1986 WMAQ-Chicago news story about Obama’s earliest success as a community activist which has not aired since its original local broadcast 23 years ago. Also featured are rare personal photos, interviews with the family and a range of Chicago area leaders in business and the grassroots community organizers who knew Obama intimately during his formative years.
