When Ms. Ruggles finds Mr. Griffin's ring in David's bureau. It really makes me think Mr. Griffin could somehow be David's dad. Ms. Ruggles seems to really know what she is talking about and is aware or everything. If anyone did recognize the ring it would definitley be her.

I never really thought of Mr. Griffin being David's dad but it does all make sense.

This is exactly what I was thinking as I read this part of the book! I don't know if it's true or not, though. It would be amazing if it was true, but then again, it would be kind of weird. The end of the book would be kind of twisted and cruel if we found out that David took part in the the killing of his own father (even if he didn't mean to kill Mr. Griffin).

Yeah Mr. Griffin is realy strict and precise so that really doesnt seem like him. Also in one part of the story doesnt Mrs. Griffin say that both of his parents are dead or something like that?
