Chain smokers in Philippines esp. in Tondo area has the deadliest weapon.
I would like to request that our government would take a large serious action to this Tondo area. Because these Tondo people never had discipline in smoking,they smoke everywhere,in jeeps the passengers even the drivers, even inside the tutuban malls, grabe talaga,hindi lang naman maghanap ng lugar na sarado ang kwarto para mag smoke,just step outside of our house, you can smell the smokers , tapos kung san san pa tinatapon mga cigerette butts. kaya tuloy nagkasakit ang anak ko dito, ngayon nasa primary lymphoma ,kindly help us on this matter.
I would like to suggest also that if the government want to earn money, why not charge these chain smokers a high penalty, and charge a higher vat on their purchase of cigerettes, why not concentrate na lang sa cigerette company, they earn a lot tapos napakamura ng sigarilyo, instead na Php 40. isang box , gawin na lang Php 500.because they are chain smokers they are willing to pay. Dapat nga ang vat sa foods, any healthy foods, any medicines dapat wala na vat upang makatulong din sa mga mahihirap na maka afford makabili.
Dapat mag isip naman ang gobyerno natin kung anu ang mas priority at hindi. hindi yung bahala na ugali.
I hope matulungan mo kami dito sa matinding problema.
