Certificate of birth

I was born in Oslo and my parents lived in Nesodden. I'm not registered in Oslo and as my father died I and my mother don't know where I have been registered. Most probable in the comunity of Nesodden. Where and whom I have to ask for a certificate of birth? I live in Mexico and need it in order tu marry. Please help me.
