Can the NCI explain why they do not adhere to their own policies on equal opportunities, code of conduct and constitution?
I have had first hand experience of these problems.
When they are challenged about these matters their only answer seems to be dismissal.
Unforunately organisation which keeps to its own rules, codes and principles.
These attitudes must be exposed to the general public.
