Can my firm dismiss me me for being negligent.any danger of injury or harm was eliminated when my negligence was spotted.there was no claim made against my firm,and as far as they are concerned the matter is closed.ive admitted i was negligent,but am hoping the fact that there were no injuries etc may save me.
