Can anyone tell me in which text and where Marx writes on citizens and the bourgeoisie and sarcastically describes a type of person who as a bourgeois is incredibly selfish, but becomes altruistic as a citizen? I believe he goes on to call this a false ideology and moral subterfuge. I need a textual reference for a research project. Thanks!
