Can anyone point me to published material concerning the history of the Kansas City Terminal Railway? I've talked to several railroad book dealers and have checked out past issues of Trains Magazine but haven't found anything substantial. Is it a matter of looking into the histories of the trunk railroads to glean the information about the KCTR? Are there any railroad museums that have displays or archives covering the KCTR? Thanks for your help.
