Can anyone help out with a behavioral database that is user friendly. I work in a TBI rehab facility and we are wanting to utilize a database that a staff can enter Incident report data into and we can use this data to possibly print a graph of there behaviors. So for example say we wanted john doe and we were looking for physical aggressions we would be able to print out. Can anyone let me know
