I am interested in buying phone online via mts Webshop.

I have no experience with using this method for ordering phone, so I am a bit skeptic.
Did anyone use this method for buying and how are his/hers experience? Is it positive or negative? Some of people I know ordered mts phone online and they were very satisfied, but I just want to be sure.
