Our utility has a horizontal HRSG with supplementary firing with 70 bar & 480 t/hr capacity. Somebody is suggesting to bottom blowdown to mitigate the coccasional evaporator drain header drain line failure. Anybody carrying out online blowing from bootom drain. Is it advisable?
