Bitrates above 500 kbps support in ogg vorbis

Hi

I want to encode an ogg file with bitates above 500kbps(ie., 576 kbps) but the encoder, Oggdropxpd supports only upto 500kbps.

Please advise me if ogg vorbis can support bit rates above 500 kbps. if it supports please suggest the ways to encode an ogg file with 576 kbps.
