I am a fourth generation Missionary Baptist. The organizational structure of the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church of which Bishop Eddie Long is Chief Operating Official and Pastor is not clear. I am concerned about the liability of the church in this sex scandal. Will the church be liable if the suits are lost and recovery is ordered by the court?
