When my twin grand-daughters were born in 2008 I registered them for the 'Birthday Club' and the following year when they were 1 I received incentive to buy something at the ELC I also received one in 2010. This year when I contacted the ELC by email, I was told by a Mr Hughes that I wasnt registered and had to re-register. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. ELC made the mistake of deleting my grand-daughters details and more or less told me 'Tuff' Has anyone else received t5his sort of 'Non Customer Care' attitude ELC. I will now go to Toys R Us or Smyths Toys
