Bird attack on fruits on 50 acre plantation

We are facing problems with birds eating away most of the fruits from the plant during the harvesting season. Does anyone have any idea as to how to control the bird attacks. Our plantation is done on hills, so its not a plain land, which makes it difficult. You can see the pictures in the following link:

You could try ultrasonic bird control.

Hey thanks a lot! Appreciate your feedback. I think that might be a good solution, but i need to see the cost involved now for a big area.

Net the plantings. Ultrasonics only work for a short time then the birds become used to the sounds and come back just as hungry. Barriers are the only truely effective long term solution to birds.
