The Security situation is an utterly deplorable at Giant Stores in KL, Malaysia as on 30th May 2009, Snatch thieves in broad daylight stole/snatch my gold chain from my neck within Giant's carpark compound even when me and my spouse were just standing beside 2 of Giant's security personels who did nothing and just watch the thieves get away with it.

In addition, it is more inconceivable that when their female supervisor finally arrived, she like them earlier just keep claiming that there is nothing all of them can do about it and even dare say this is not the 1st time such incidents have ocurred.

Even my email complaints had gone unanswered, as only received once the below-mentioned acknowledgement Giant did the Great Disappearing Act and till now no response even when I emailed back for updates.

I have totally lose confidence in Giant and with my relatives & friends have boycotted and stopped visiting any Giant Stores...

Posting this just to share with everyone that you go to Giant Stores at your own risk as they don;t care is Snatch Thieves get you as "There is nothing they can do about it!"
