Beef in Piedmont. My husband who is Piedmontese insist that the beef from Piedmont is the best in Italy. Is this true and why? I know I love the beef from Japan - Kobe beef that is. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the beef in Piedmont to try. Do tell me the name so I can buy and try.
