1) Maintain Veg Diet.
2) No Alcohol.
3) do 2.5 hr Simran and Bhajan
4) Keep your Lust aside I.e. treat every Female as your Sister ,Mother as per Age. Dont try to bring Ill thinging towards any Female. Be honest to your wife.
5)Keep on doing SEWA.Attend Weekly Satsangs.
6) Be honest with your Earnings as well.
