Bakers Junction RXR Museum! Hi I am Johnny F Baker a 59 year old crippled up one legged disabled Vet. I started Bakers Junction RXR Museum in 1976 to save some antique trains & 2 old train stations, I need some help to save the RXR Museum. The two old train stations have to have new roofs. I am lucky I have a good VA pension, but, I lost over $100.000 fighting off the new Bloomington Monroe Co. IN. planing $zoning when They illegally attacked us in 95, to force us to close the Museum? Because it did not fit in to there NEW Master plan ! After 3 years in court, I won! But I lost over $100.000 defend my right to have & save Bakers Junction RXR Museum. I am steal paying off $70.000 at 20 &30% intrust, that it cost me to keep my right to save the RXR Museum. I need to get a $80.000 dollar loan at a fair intrust rate on the RXR Museum, That would pay off all my bills & pay for the new roofs. I have to come up with $10.000 for the new roofs, To save the century old Train Stations, with out the new roofs the century old train stations will not last long. I need some help to save the RXR Museum! If you can help ! I would be grateful. I cant get a home lone because Bakers Junction is zoned limited Business, I cant get a business lone because the RXR Museum dose not make money & they wont count my VA Pinion as in come & the fact I have ben hear working & making payment since 1976 does not count for anything. I NEED A $80.000 loan on Bakers Junction, I Have to come up with $10.000 for the new Roofs. I have a good income to make the payment. But banks & loan Co. Wont make a loan on a RXR Museum.
