It's best to keep the BCAPL away from your efforts at the Olympic Games. They have a disability with obeying their own rules. Don't allow them access to yours!
They allow their league operators to operate their leagues under any playing rules that they desire in spite of their website statement about their Oct. 1, 2007 Rules and then there the sanctioning rules and the way that they mess with them is criminal. Faulse advertising and fraud run wild in that organization and I'm convinced that their rules mean nothing to them.
